Accounting Team

Our Accounting Team ensures that projects are invoiced quickly and correctly – the team therefore regularly coordinates with project managers as well as customers and translators.

Because of their experience in invoicing for services, the accounting team also assumes an advisory role in determining prices for new language combinations and services. The opinions and recommendations of these colleagues are also in high demand during price negotiations as part of tender procedures or with new customers.

In collaboration with the IT department, the accounting team also ensures that tsd’s order management systems are up-to-date and adapted to our requirements.

As a result, members of the accounting team also serve as contact persons for all questions in this area: What considerations require particular attention when entering a new customer into the system? What VAT code should be used for customers from the USA? …

Communication with different departments regarding various topics is a top priority and an important part of the daily work of this department.
